Shipping policy

Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days, plus standard shipping times.  In the continental USA, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Shipping and handling is calculated based on your package weight and/or shipping location.

Free shipping codes are valid only for orders shipping within the USA.

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and we apologize for this. We're seeing delays in the shipping times due to disruption from COVID-19.

Refunds

All HeartCentric Divine Creations sales are final. 

Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@heartcentriccoaching.com with a description and a photo of the item.
