We love working with crystals! Crystals can be used in lots of different ways. Some create a beautiful and loving atmosphere in your home. When you wear crystals as jewelry, they exert their calming powers. We love to use them while meditating or practicing deep breathing. Our reiki practitioner friends always keep them in their reiki studios to use as part of their practice.
Various crystals are believed to act as conduits for healing enabling positive energy to flow into the body as negative energy flows out.
